What does FenceLeads.io provide?
We offer exclusive homeowner inquiries for fence installation and replacement. Before a campaign begins, we agree on your service area, job types and qualification criteria. Your team contacts the homeowner, arranges an estimate and handles the sale. You pay for qualified leads rather than a monthly agency retainer.
Are the leads exclusive?
Yes. Our proposed offer delivers each exclusive inquiry to one contractor. It does not include exclusive rights to a city or territory unless separately agreed in writing.
What counts as a qualified lead?
We agree on the criteria before launch: service area, installation or replacement work, material and project requirements, contact details and timing. Qualification is based on submitted information and any verification explicitly included in your package.
How much does a fencing lead cost?
We quote a lead package after discussing your service area, project mix, average job value, close rate and capacity. There is no published flat price across all markets. Your agreement sets out the per-lead price, package total, delivery expectations and replacement terms before you pay.
Can I choose the areas and fence types?
Yes. Tell us your preferred ZIP codes or radius, excluded areas and fence types. We confirm what can be supported before agreeing to a campaign. Coverage is not automatically available in every market.
Do you book appointments or close jobs for me?
The initial offer is qualified inquiries, not appointment setting. Your team contacts the homeowner, schedules the estimate and handles the sale.
What if a lead doesn’t meet the criteria?
We agree on eligible replacement reasons, supporting information and the reporting window before you purchase. A homeowner not buying a fence is not by itself a qualification failure.
How do payment and delivery work?
We discuss an upfront lead package on your discovery call. The number of leads, total price and expected delivery period are confirmed in your agreement. Timing depends on your market, criteria and campaign performance.
Is this right for a new fencing company?
It may be, if you can serve the area, follow up with inquiries and handle additional installations. We’ll discuss your capacity and budget rather than assuming paid leads are the right next step.
